I understand that towing illegally parked vehicles is part of their job, but $305 to retrieve my car feels excessive, especially considering the tow was only about a 7-minute drive. On top of that, payment was cash only, and the ATM on-site charged an additional $8 fee. I understand there are costs associated with towing and storage, but paying over $300 for such a short tow was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unreasonable.

Must agree with majority of reviews, I had just moved to a new condo, thought I had parked in my dedicated spot but apparantly didn't, Lowell Fleet towed the vehicle without notice, it took me two hours to locate, when I did arrive by Uber was told cash only, no credit/debit/venmo. I'm 64 years old, my medication, the key to my storage unit and my personal documents were all in my vehicle for the entire weekend. The front desk employee was completely rude. I will be reporting the issue to elected officials to see that Mass passes a law that all tow companies must accept all other forms of payments so people are not left stranded. Their cash only policy is a scam, along with their random pricing, all unreported income to IRS and DOR.

Towed my car said I had to pay 300 tonight only cash. I heard from people that apparently they go into your cars I know what car I have and I know what I have in my middle console if I see something missing their you will know from where and why.

They have been amazing to work with while we complete a sealcoating project at our property. Russell, Pam, Armando and the rest of the team have made things go so smoothly so our vendors can start work without promptly without any delays. We cannot thank them enough!

This is a example of a company that google reviews should allow 0 start reviews. The owner himself is the most unprofessional, and rude person I have ever had to deal with. First he tells me the price is $170, and has to be paid cash only. The Mass in Law towing company have to let people use credit cards. He said he doesn't care about the Law, its cash only. I returned several minutes later with cash and then he all of a sudden changed the price to $210. I told him that's bs, how did it increase $40, and he just gave me the run around. I said I would get a cop and lawyer involved, although he said "go ahead, the price will just keep going up". Nothing but a penny pinching company. Complaints will be filed.
